🛒 Orders & Shipping
Our standard shipping times:
- US Domestic: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (may experience customs delays)

Yes! We ship to 100+ countries worldwide. Important notes for international buyers:
- All duties/taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Orders over $800 may be subject to US customs fees
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Track your package:
- USPS Tracking (US orders)
- 17Track (international orders)
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

Absolutely! We ethically source:
- 100% genuine crystals with verifiable origins
- Major varieties include Brazilian amethyst, Himalayan quartz, and African turquoise
- Lab-created or treated stones are clearly labeled (e.g. "dyed howlite")
We use skin-friendly materials:
- Metals: Surgical-grade titanium, 925 Sterling silver (rhodium plated)
- Findings: Nickel-free clasps and earring backs
If you have specific allergies, contact us before ordering for customization options.
Recommended methods:
- Cleansing: Moonlight, running water (avoid for porous stones), or sage smudging
- Charging: Sunlight (limited time), crystal clusters, or intention setting
Note: Some crystals fade in sunlight (amethyst, rose quartz) - check our care guide.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy:
- Items must be unused with original packaging
- Custom pieces (engraved/birthstone) are final sale
- International returns: Customer pays return shipping
Please refer to our Refund policy for details.
We'll replace it immediately! Within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take photos of damaged item and packaging
- Email service@miraaura.com.com with order #
For international orders: Include customs inspection documents if available.
🌍 International Buyers
Common reasons for delays:
- Customs clearance (typically 2-5 business days)
- Local carrier processing after international handoff
- Weather/natural disasters
If no update after 15 business days, email us with your order number for investigation.

- PayPal (including international currencies)
- Apple Pay/Google Pay
Note: All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees.
